Best Ways to Make Money in Mount and Blade 2 Bannerlord. There are multiple ways to get a large amount of money in this game. Some are quicker than others, while some require you to be toward the end game. We provided two ways for players early in the game and the last one for players who are farther in. Smelting and Selling Weapons Not needed. -Do work as the vassal and earn your keep. Check wages. -Start getting good at collecting bandit loot. Then get good at smithing said loot. Lots of $$$$ in that after some grinding. - Caravans and shops are $$$. Shops are safer . Build the shops in a city not on the border of enemy if at all possible .

Landowner needs Manual Laborers - This quest can pay the most gold of any in the game, provided you have enough higher tier bandit prisoners. Early game it's a key source of income even with only looter captives. However, you will skip it later in the game. Inn and Out - Very quick and can pay ~200 gold to complete.

P.S 2:Thank you very much for the help people! I'm gonna take a note on certain things. I've also found out that it's just best to wait it out, eventually they go into profit and start making more money, tho i'm definitely gonna take a look at nearby towns.
7. 15 comments. Best. Add a Comment. RackieW33 • 1 yr. ago. 1: battle. n.1 income early, mid and even mostly late game for me. and I don't even usually ransom the nobles. 2: fiefs. especially late game. +1000-3000 per town or something like that. 3. trading yourself can also earn you lots of money.
Now using 2x hardwood I bought for 13 each, I get a piece of coal that I can use to break that made down. Not only do you unlock more items in the forge, you also get materials worth more, just got 8 hardwood, 2 wrought iron, 1 crude iron. So cost: 68 The material I got in the end: 186 (wrought iron x2) + 47 (crude iron x1) + 104 (hardwood) = 337.

There's a generalized formula for how much profit/loss you get for each upgrade. Recruitmient/upgrade costs change based on perks. Just plug your gold/influence per troop in up top. As a general rule at low values tier 3 troops sell for the most and tier 4 troops are profitable at high merc prices (210+).

Making money is actually quite easy, if you know what you are doing. I've had passive income up to 20k/day with caravans and workshops doing ~500/day (from 100/day - 1500/day). Lets start with the cities. Prosperity of a city determines how much it consumes and how much money it makes.
The most cost effective ones are usually the Midland Palfrey & Steppe Horse. Bonus tip: when adding horses to your inventory, you can check the impact on your party speed in real-time by looking at the icon on the bottom right. If you hover over it for details, you will notice the "Footmen using mounts" bonus. Smithing is a broken feature in this game, 10 minutes is enough to get the best gears and weapons.Works for ver Quick guide on how to get rich in 10 minutes? Smithing is a broken feature in The return shows how much you'll get back for this specific bet. The total shows how much you'll get from all your bets combined. The return should go down logically, and with each round the total should increase by less. If the total is going down as you bet more, that seems like a bug. 3.
Companions best suited for making money in Bannerlord tend to be on the pricey side 70-80 gold is also roughly what your entire escort should cost daily, so escalating that just to have one more sword along is far from cost-effective.
Make 20 of em and you have half a million. Fast and easy money without killing anybody. If you want to maximize the sell value of your smithed weapons, multiply the speed * damage. This isn't the exact way that the value is calculated, but it's a good proxy for the actual formula. Hlqq9W.
