If BioShock Infinite's ending seems overly confusing, its Burial at Sea DLC episodes then tossed a final wrench into the works. The last Elizabeth arrives in 1958 to Rapture to remove the last
A man has a choice… I chose the impossible.Andrew Ryan "Choice" is one of the major themes of BioShock, and is inherent in Andrew Ryan's personal philosophy. The theme of self-determination and the question of destiny in the game is embodied by this phrase. During the game, the player character, Jack, is given many choices, both tactically and morally, but his actions turn out to be illusory
We round out our time with Bioshock looking at Bioshock Infinite's terrible expansion. Retcons! Plotholes! Character assassinations! Though the old looks could be contributed to the amount of ADAM he used, the effects of his rapid experimental growth by Suchong & Tenenbaum or just Irrational Games going "Ah why the hell not let's just make Jack look very old
In fact, up until the final moments of the DLC, the Bird remains around Elizabeth's neck. Even after the Big Daddy fight the Bird is still there. But the moment you interact with Sally it mysteriously disappears. As soon as the camera pans back to Elizabeth, her necklace is untied and the Bird is missing. In addition to the missing pendant
The absolute only explanation we have is that when Elizabeth “killed” all the Comstocks at the end of the base game, she couldn’t see Rapture Comstock because he was in Rapture. It’s dumb, it makes no sense, and it’s a plot hole with a half-hearted explanation that doesn’t agree to its own universes rules. But it’s what we’ve got.
Ken's ultimate goal for Burial at Sea was to basically try to prevent 2K from continuing the franchise in any way possible. Which was linking everything from Infinite back to BioShock 1. That explains why all of a sudden the Rapture in BaS is for some reason the same Rapture from the first game.

Truth From Legend and Fact From Myth are both 80s television shows discussing various unsolved mysteries of the world, based on historical documents, semi-scientific facts and witness statements. Truth From Legend was a television show set in the 80s era of the BioShock Infinite universe, produced by a company named AHX. It was narrated by Alistar Bloom and featured documentaries on various

Big Daddies, Little Sisters, and Big Mamas are back as Monty takes Neil and Chase back to Rapture. Choices are made, Neil gets mad, and Chase nearly burns th The plot is not a mess. There are no plot holes in Infinite or Burial at Sea, just people that prefer not having to think. I agree that Infinite is pretty straight forward, and has no plot major plot holes I can think of, besides Comstock becoming a major political figure in his teens somehow and raising Columbia. But I can't say the same for
And lastly, how they forcefully tied the bioshock universe together just felt like they tarnished bioshock 1's perfect storyline for no good reason. It felt rushed, completetly forced, and just plain silly. I keep seeing this DLC get praised, but I really really can't handle plotholes like this.
Elizabeth kills Booker at the baptism where he become Comstock therefor destroying the realities with him, yet since this happens Booker never goes to kill Comstock, resulting in him keeping Elizabeth (Anna). Yet because of this, none of the events leading up to his death happen, resulting in an infinite loop, hence the name, Bioshock Infinite?
Unfortunately, what happened in Burial at Sea Explained, I know this is the story, but I don't have any problem with the end. It's just hard to believe that Elizabeth would be so harsh and endanger a child's life for revenge, I know there is no one perfect, but why Ken Levine made Elizabeth so so harsh?
