Condi berserker is pretty fun imo but nowhere near as strong as power berserker (or the pve group content bannerslave variant) Actually dps wise condi BS is better than power in raids.
Elementalist skills that do damage, support the team, and have possible synergy with other party members: Thunderclap, Gust, Blinding Surge, Searing Flames, Double Dragon, Mirror of Ice, Stone Sheath. These are just a few elites- there are plenty more non-elites and cross profession skills and builds like E/Mo ER.
Pvp and WvW spell breaker is the best, but it's kinda worthless in PvE. Bladesworn is amazing in PvE, but possibly worthless in PvP. Berserker is overall pretty great tho. It's also the most similar to core warrior, so the learning curve is a bit shallower. That's probably what I would recommend as your first spec, since you will end up getting
