However im just wondering if there are any other relatively low cost enhancements I can do. E.g How complex is it to put the injectors & turbo off the 130PD model and then remap

Mark@MaloneTuning. He recommended the 1.5 over the 2, but I don't know why. Because Stage 2 is +40hp, and +40hp with any tune will result in boost creep in most BEW and BRM engines. Stage 1.5 is +30hp and it's still very good performance with low smoke. Many BEWs and BRMs however still can boost creep with +30hp.

Efficiency in terms of fuel efficiency is much much more dependent upon design properties of the long block (cylinder block + cylinder head + piston geometry) than it mHdbmCE.
